Nicholas

President & Founder

Nicholas founded NOYO Web Development in 2009 to become one of the leading website companies in the ever-growing digital space. He is proud to have reached and exceeded this goal by bringing together a highly talented, creative team that has worked with hundreds of companies across various industries.

Nicholas has worked with multi-national companies, including SIRVA, Trojan, and UFC; leading brands such as Amazon, DirecTV, and Razer; and significant nonprofit organizations such as Arnold Schwarzenegger’s After-School Allstars.

Aside from NOYO, Nicholas has an equity stake with web startup FACE: USA (Aesthetics Sales), was drafted as a professional gamer by the television show Championship Gaming Series (aired live to 100 million homes worldwide). In addition, he has advised Steve Stoute (Founder and CEO of the New York brand development and marketing firm Translation).

Before NOYO, Nicholas studied Business and Computer Science at Thomas College (a private graduate school). Away from work, he can be found boating in Tampa Bay or actively participating in competitive sports leagues.

Jessica

Business Development

Jessica Zientarski is the driving force behind NOYO Web Development. She blends over 15 years of sales and business development experience with a deep passion for building strong, lasting relationships. Whether she’s orchestrating web development projects, optimizing workflows for seamless client collaboration, or identifying new opportunities for digital growth, Jessica ensures that every project runs on time, on budget, and precisely.

Before making her mark in the web development industry, Jessica spent years educating investors nationwide as a self-directed IRA expert, helping thousands of people learn how to build wealth through tax-free real estate investments. Her career has been anything but one-dimensional—she’s navigated roles in marketing, hospitality, event planning, and steel manufacturing, proving her ability to adapt, lead, and drive results in any environment.

But Jessica isn’t all business. She’s a health and fitness enthusiast, a former triathlete, and an avid traveler who loves exploring new places and cultures. She’s also a die-hard Cleveland sports fan and takes her love for LeBron James very seriously – almost as seriously as she takes her pizza obsession.

A proud graduate of Scripps College at Ohio University, Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, a foundation that has fueled her ability to connect with people, build successful partnerships, and drive business success.

Viktor

Senior Web Designer

Viktor brings over 20 years of design expertise to NOYO Web Development Inc. His specialties include illustration, logo creation, branding, and print media. His passion for web design benefits our clients by providing them with highly creative, innovative, user-friendly layouts that are also immensely functional.

His client base includes over 50 studios, and his portfolio boasts over 1,000 website designs. Viktor holds a degree in marketing management and is fluent in English and Hungarian.

Viktor’s love of all things visual and design-based began when he was a child. He enjoyed drawing and working on his custom Windows computer that he built himself rather than limiting himself to MAC as typical designers do. Viktor is a huge fan of Samsung devices.

He enjoys spending most of his time with his wife, Viktoria, and daughter, Kyra. His interests range from motorsports and fast cars to photography and traveling. Viktor’s first gift from NOYO Web Development was an official Ferrari jacket, which he loves to wear. He also collects autographs from movie stars and professional athletes who sign his work.

Wendy

Content Curator, Intelligent Blogging

Wendy began her writing career while working at a top-ten Wall Street investment banking firm. There, she researched and penned a weekly, compliance-approved newsletter detailing the events of the tax-exempt securities market.

Subsequently, she moved from Wall Street to Main Street as a senior manager for The Navy Exchange, a $2 billion retailer with global operations including the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Iceland. She wrote numerous business plans, scope statements, and marketing materials in that position. This experience gave Wendy a deep knowledge of supply and demand chains for various retail sectors such as luxury cosmetics, fashion apparel, home goods, fine jewelry, and electronics. Moreover, she gained top-level experience in the hotel and other hospitality industries.

Wendy’s clients include DRD Investments, Global Van Lines, LEGOLAND, The Huffington Post, eBay, Prudential Securities, Fidelity Investments, SAS, Avvo, 24HRLockout.com, Swiftkick Martial Arts, and many SMEs

Wendy builds long-term relationships with clients through thorough research, high-quality primary sources, engaging copy, and timely project completion.

In addition, Wendy is highly involved in her community. She volunteers with Rady Children’s Hospital Auxiliary, raising money for social services for pediatric oncology patients and the Ocean Beach Soup Kitchen, which has fed the homeless for over 35 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and an Associate degree in Business Law from San Diego State University.
